The first annual Denison Hooley was a blast (see pictures on the denisonhooley.com website)! It is being talked about as this area's most exciting way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day----this year and for all the years to come!!  Mark Chesnutt and Spur 503 entertained guests as well as did all the Irish Jig contest contestants!!  ALL proceeds from this event benefited the Boys & Girls Club of Denison. Join us next year on Saturday, March 14 for Hooley 2009 and keep watching for more information.

OTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO ATTEND AND/OR PARTICIPATE IN OUR FUNDRAISING EVENTS!!

This year's
Taste of Texoma will be held on Memorial Day, May 26th.   Exciting things happen down at the Heritage Park on Main street that day including arts & crafts vendors, a live band and plenty of games to play (blow up slide, laser tag, and a variety of others).  Of course the main reason everyone comes out to that particular spot is to be a part of what is happening under the big tent-----and that is EATING!!!  Area restaurants and vendors offer a little bit of their delicious food, coupons & menus to all that come out.  A few of the restaurants that have participated in the past include The Rib, Cotton Patch Cafe, Angus Pit Stop, DeVolli's, Cheddars, Coca Cola & Culligan (just to mention a few) and we guarantee that there will be a few new ones this year too!!!!  Come on out!!!  The event runs from 11am -3pm.

If you are a restaurant, an arts & crafts vendor, or would like to help us by sponsoring the
